Southwest-inspired creamy red enchilada soup with chicken, black beans and corn, filled with cheesy goodness.

Avocado, grapefruit salad with crisp greens, red quinoa, and a cumin-honey infused dressing, garnished with pickled red onion and pumpkin seeds.

Crispy pork sandwich topped with cranberry-lime aioli on house-made slider bun.

Representative Cooking Class

Come learn with us as we create a French bistro meal. You will learn to roast a chicken, make ratatouille, create a French bistro appetizer and salad.  You will delight in experiencing and learning to prepare a French bistro dessert. All participants learn to host their own party and depart with recipes and techniques. We will use local seasonal ingredients, and you will enjoy a full and satisfying meal.

Representative Wine Tasting Party

It's time to uncork and unwind as we pour, swirl, sip and savor. This is a guided and progressive interactive wine tasting event.  We offer three options as part of this fun and light-hearted experience:

  • Tasty nibbles selected for each wine pairing.
  • Substantial appetizer plates paired with wines.
  • Multi-course dinner expertly prepared and artfully presented, served with wine paired for each course.
